At PreFix, we want you to have a great experience discovering new performance products. Because our boxes contain consumable items, we have a limited return policy.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified before they ship. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@getyourprefix.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped. This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of the consumable products included in each box.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@getyourprefix.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or resolve the issue.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members or neighbors and contact the shipping carrier. If the issue persists, reach out to us and we will do our best to help investigate.
